If you're a plush toy manufacturer, you probably agree that you'll get most of your orders online. A lot of your customers appreciate the ease of ordering custom plush toys online. If you did your homework on how to make an effective website, then you probably have a stampede of orders for your plush stuffed toys. That's the beauty of ordering online. It makes everything easy for your customers and you benefit as well in the long run.
Of course, there are also the orders that you get over the phone or via fax. Some people still value security and they feel as if it's safer and more secure to order the custom plush toys over the phone or via fax. Even if you did everything you can as a plush toy manufacturer to make sure that your website is safe and secure, you still can't blame them from wanting to be comfortable in ordering. So they choose to order the plush stuffed toys this way.
Then last but not the least, you have the people who wants to order via postal mail. It may come to you as a surprise but there are still a lot of people who prefers to do it this way. You can also put a sales message for your plush stuffed toys to continue reminding your customers to order them.
For those without Internet access, you can use catalogs. You can send out catalogs with an order form at the back. You just need to make sure that you have an efficient way of sending them to targeted customers so that it won't go to waste.
As a plush toy manufacturer, it would help a lot if you can offer your plush stuffed toys to as many people as you can. Giving people the opportunity to order them via mail is a great way to widen your customer base and it can easily contribute to your success. It's also free to set up so there's no reason for you not to do it. So give your customers a chance to order your toys via mail.
