Tips For Parents Who Have A Picky Eater Kid by Sean Tan
Many parents complain that their kids do not eat well and that they are gorging only on junk foods and chocolates and ice-creams. This does cause a lot of worry because such erratic food habits mean that the children will not grow with proper nourishment. Weary with worry, such parents will try to find more and more innovative ways to introduce healthy foods to their children's palate. They try everything from requesting to reprimanding their kids, but usually to no avail.

1. First and foremost, you need not worry unduly that your child is not accepting a particular kind of food. Most of them will go away with age. Introduce foods to them, see whether they accept it or not, and then go ahead with what they feel like. There's no need to fight with them over food. You can learn how to convert the boring foods into exciting dishes over the Internet. Do that and serve to your kids. There are great chances that the kids will relish those. They will not even know that the vegetable they hate is in it. If you choose, you may not tell them at all.
Most importantly, deal this situation with care. If you have simple secrets of eating kid at home, you tend to think that you are the only one in the world with such a problem, but that's as far from the truth as it can be. And with your patience and perseverance, you can overcome this problem too.
